As a Specialist Teacher of Exercise for older or less able people, Julie Robinson provides expert guidance, clear instructions and gentle encouragement to help people get moving and steadily progress, whatever their age or ability.

Routine 1 is ideal for beginners, people returning to exercise or those who cannot stand up to exercise.

Set to popular classical music, this all-seated routine is ideal for people with balance or mobility problems. Exercises aim to improve functional health to aid with everyday living.

Sessions include: Hands, Wrists and Fingers, Feet and Ankles, Arms and Shoulders, Legs and Hips and Whole Body.

(Note: A small section of the DVD uses a latex band. Bands are optional - please see our Resistance Bands to purchase).

Running time: 60 minutes.
