A great Christmas activity – make, bake and decorate a range of Gingerbread people to hang on your tree.

You can use different dough to make different flavours – ginger, shortbread or ask the group to see what flavours they like.

If flavours are not an option for your residents, make up some salt dough and add some cinnamon scent or nutmeg, cut out and bake and then paint to decorate – remember to make a hanging hole before you bake!

You could even gather everyone around a table with their gingerbread man and recreate the Gingerbread Man Story for fun before hanging them up.
