Just remove the cap and twist the paint up from the bottom to get a smooth application with very little effort.

- Create your own firework artwork. Use the black card and paint coloured streaks across the page. Add star shapes (or stick on Neon Card Stars). Draw and cut out black shapes of people and add to make a 3D effect.
